Winter 2010/2011 Program Information Coming Soon!
Levi Lypka is an up and coming coach that has a genuine concern for all athletes he works with. He is committed to increasing the skill level of all players he interacts with. What impresses me the most is the commitment and loyalty he shows to all of the players and parents that he works with. He is a great young coach that has the right ideals for development and growth of the player, and the team. These skill camps will help those young athletes looking to improve and prepare for the next step in their game.
Brett Cox - Former Fort Saskatchewan Trader coach and 2006/2007 AJHL coach of the year
In the 2008/09 hockey season as a first year Bantam player, I have had the privilege of having Levi Lypka as my head coach. During this past year I have been able to take my hockey skills and development to a new level thanks to Levi. He has taught me both the hockey skills and knowledge of the game which has provided me with the confidence required to compete with some of the best hockey players in the AMBHL. Levi is a great teacher of the game who brings out the best in hockey skill development in all players so that they can reach their ultimate hockey goals. I very much look forward to learning more about the game of hockey from Levi in the upcoming hockey season.
Tyson Baillie - Fort Saskatchewan Bantam AAA player and 2009/2010 AMBHL top scorer Based on my experience of working with Levi Lypka I believe Levi will offer a unique combination of fun and intense hockey training. The small group and one-on-one sessions will be great because the student will get immediate and clear feedback. Lessons with Levi will be best for the hockey player that wants to challenge themselves to increase their skill development and conditioning. Levi will encourage players to be persistent and to stay focused on their goals. You will notice that this will help your child's performance at school too! You will appreciate the excellent hockey skill development, energy and fun that Levi and his staff will bring to each and every session. Your child will look forward to their ice time with Levi and his staff and in getting great results. Larry Draper - Former Fort Saskatchewan Midget AAA coach and 2007/2008 AMHL coach of the year
Hockey is a game of passion, Levi loves the game and this gives him the ability to teach. No player is too young or old to work on skills it is the fundamentals of the game. Levi Lypka has identified this and has the instructional skills as a coach to bring skill development to all levels of hockey.
Jan Bettac - Former FSMH coach and Development / Mentorship leader for FSMH
Levi is a great coach. He helped me improve various aspects of my game, both big and small, which allowed me to reach the next level of hockey.
Quinn Gould - BCJHL Westside Warriors and 2007/2008 Fort Saskatchewan Midget AAA captain
Working on basic skills is a must if you want to excel in hockey. When you're younger, you may be able to ride solely on your talent. But as you play higher levels of hockey, developing and refining basic skills is what will set you apart from other players. Extra time and effort put into my basic skill development has definitely played a role in my accomplishments up to this point. If you work on basic skills, you will get better.
Davin Stener - Fort Saskatchewan Midget AAA player and drafted by WHL Red Deer Rebels
